At this trade fair, consumption at all catering outlets (restaurants and food stands) is cashless. At the fair office in Hall 2.1, we offer the exchange of cash into a prepaid value card. Any remaining balance can be used at all in-house fairs. Cash refunds are made exclusively at the official cash card exchange points. The card is issued with a deposit.

Bancomat

One ATM each at entrance 2.1 and in the passageway area of Hall 2.1, at the exit of Hall 1.1 and in the open-air area near Hall 16.

Postomat

One Postomat is located at the PostFinance Arena. Other cash withdrawal options are available in the immediate vicinity of the exhibition center.

The lost and found office is located at the main entrance in hall 2.1 on the first floor on the right.

Dogs are not allowed in the exhibition halls and on the exhibition grounds. Guide dogs for the blind are excluded.

Site access

The grounds and halls are wheelchair accessible. All buildings are accessible via ramps and have passenger lifts.

The professional childcare gives parents valuable hours to look around the trade fair in peace and get sound advice. The child care ensures that parents have some time out. At the end of the day, even the youngest trade fair visitors are satisfied and have fond memories of the fair. The child care programme is suitable for children aged 3 to 8.

Opening hours

Open daily during the trade fair. As the child care is unable to provide meals, parents collect their children for lunch and bring them a snack. Non-slip socks or slippers are recommended.

The exhibition kiosk with newspapers, drinks, snacks and more is located in the main entrance in Hall 2.1 and is open to visitors during exhibition opening hours.
